Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. The Company develops and commercializes a treatment for septic shock utilizing its Endotoxin Activity Assay (EAA) diagnostic and the Toraymyxin therapeutic (PMX). So, little kid on the block, you are so sure of yourself, while bonanza MM thinks I'm holding the ship back?
Why don't you little itsy bitsy big mouth tell us exactly when your fireworks will start and what the scope will be in that timeframe?

If you can't narrow down your projections in terms of months and dollars, maybe it's time you stop pumping your air here trying to impress no one about the impending success of your toy sailboat. Remember, MM warned you it will be taken by the big bully. Look it up.
