Interesting development with......

Interesting development with......The Zambian mines & Jiangxi Corp siutation. If there's ANY truth or any solid facts backing this up, this can be a VERY good & bad thing.....at the same time.... And i'll explain why.........

I always pegged the majoirty holders like Jiangxi, that IF any serious problems arose with either one of FM mines in either South America or Africa, that would jeopordize their significant "interests" in the company, they would act in one or another to make certain their so called "interests" are not interfered with & stay intact. And one of those actions would be to make a play for FM as a whole.

Now THIS development changes things a bit, for everyone and especially for FM & their s/h. What this tells me or indicates to me, IF there's ANY truth & substance to those rumors, is that Barrick is NOT really interested in those Zambian assets. IF they are thinking of making a run for FM. This also tells me that the folks over at Barrick are in deep, advanced discussions with the Jiangxi people about a possibl bid from Barrick and are testing the waters on the viability of that offer. The fact the Zambian mines have come into play as well, tells me that there's alot haggling going on and some compromise.

Maybe Barrick has already made an intial "first" offer to the majority holders like Jiangxi, which MAY have been on the low side of the expected spectrum and OTHER assets are being thrown in to the mix to appease the VIP holders like Jianxgi. These are just my thoughts here, based a long & vast XP in this sector, and it would NOT surprise me one bit if it was VERY close to the actual truth. Barrck makes a lowball offer, it's rejected by Jiangxi, Barrick counters with offering up the Zambian assets, which Barrick probably doesnt want anyway, to entice Jiangxi to accept the offer or something close to it.

All i know right now.....is that this s "You know what" is getting really interesting like those old afternoon TV soap dramas of yesteryear......and i'm wondering who's baby it's gonna be

Hppefully the FM folks won't accept anything under $20 usd, but with this development it makes that less likely........
