Currently, it's hovering around $3.00.

If the short report is old news and 'end of story' - what are the reasons for Tilray share to have not recovered to the $4.50 mark?

Do investors just think Tilray is a bad investment - compared say, to US MSOs?

That short report came out in Sept of 2023 so regardless if it was fair or total nonsense it's priced in now and is old news.
