I never said he wasnt an American citizen. Again youre failing to understand the conversation were having. Hes far wealthier on the back of investors as you can see from my links on my aforementioned posts. Irwin simon of Tilray doesnt hold a candle stick to him and yes hes under investigation Borris for shady dealings of his aquired moneys in Russia from oligarchs. That has nothing to do with citizenship.
