Whitecap Resources Inc. is an oil-weighted growth company. The Company is engaged in the business of acquiring, developing and holding interests in petroleum and natural gas properties and assets. Its core areas include the West Division and East Division. Its West Division is comprised of three regions: Smoky, Kaybob and Peace River Arch (PRA). The properties in its Smoky region include Kakwa and Resthaven, all located in Northwest Alberta. The primary reservoir being developed is the Montney resource play, mainly comprised of condensate-rich natural gas. Kaybob is located in the Fox Creek region of Northwest Alberta. RE:RE:RE:Special DividendYour numbers are correct, I would rather be conservative. I took 25% off the top and then rounded 11% down to 8-10%. Stuff happens and planning on everything working out means I miss actuals. Last time I looked I think they were on pace for around a 9.4% stock repurchase over a 12 month period and who knows what will happen with free funds flow and stock price.

End of the day I expect/hope for a nice dividend increase in Q3/4 and I am happy with the current dividend yield. SP will increase at some point, but this is a stock I am happy to hold until then.
