However, this level of evaluation cannot be used to classify a resource as a "reserve" for Preliminary Feasibility Study(PFS)/financing requirements. After 30-years and ~1 billion dollars spent, if a reserve and PFS cannot be produced something is amiss. A company wants to tout these two major milestone accomplishments.
