Hey Frankie hope you are well. It's called "Legacy Assets" as in hold them until they are in the money. Could also be used to sweeten the pot at a discount on a greater sale but my guess is we are straddled with them. At least there is a dim light at the end of the tunnel! I feel a fair bit better about where we are at now versus even six months ago.
