Yet. The proceedings are only beginning and Lisa was named in court documents so likelihood of getting involved (whether as defendant, co-conspirator, or just a witness) is rather high. Getting her under oath might be a chance she utters a truthful sentence about reliq for the first time in her life, but wouldn't be too optimistic, since she signed documents that were full of lies and misrepresentations already.

Company itself as an entity likely won't be involved
