Curious about the investigation

Curious about the investigationSorry if this was already discussed but there are so many posts to go through I thought I'd just ask.  Has anyone heard any results of the investigation of the merger or is it too soon?  Some different legal firms were investigating Aeterna for breach of fiduciary duties among other things but I haven't found any other info.  Thanks.
