infoisgoodman wrote: Sorry if this was already discussed but there are so many posts to go through I thought I'd just ask.  Has anyone heard any results of the investigation of the merger or is it too soon?  Some different legal firms were investigating Aeterna for breach of fiduciary duties among other things but I haven't found any other info.  Thanks.

They chase everything looking for business hoping someone wants to pay them money. They are fishing. It's advertising, in my opinion. According to the AEZS/CZO merger news release AEZS hired "Raymond James Ltd. as its financial advisor, Norton Rose Fulbright as its Canadian and U.S. legal advisor". These are credible firms that you can Google search.
