Royal Helium Ltd. V.RHC

Alternate Symbol(s):  RHCCF | V.RHC.WT.A | V.RHC.WT.B

Royal Helium Ltd. is a Canada-based company, with a primary focus on the production and development of helium and associated gases and is currently producing helium from its Steveville project in Southern Alberta. Its helium reservoir at Steveville is carried primarily with nitrogen. Nitrogen is not a greenhouse gas (GHG) and therefore have a low GHG footprint when compared to plants in other jurisdictions that rely on large scale natural gas production for helium extraction.

New President

New PresidentWhat does a president do, as compared to the CEO. Young has been VP of US operations, and RHC does not have any US operations. I really did not understand the VP appointment and I surely do not understand the President appointment. Does he have any authority or any responsibilities? The press release hints at a series of cookie cutter operations at different sites, sort of like what NA Helium (a private company) has successfully done. NA Helium has done it by partnering with a major industrial gas supplier. It will take a lot more capital for RHC to build their own facilities. Maybe they will get some money from Saskatchewan government, but then it is odd that they jumped to Alberta and now are talking about jumping to US sites as well. Maybe someone has some insight into this appointment. Maybe RHC will make a robust partnership with Arjae systems to churn out a simpler cheaper version of the Steveville plant.

I do not understand this appopintment,  not that I have to or even should.
