I guess all the astronauts and the people at Mission control were lying? This is simply bonkers--nut case stuff. As the old expression goes--3 can keep a secret if 2 are dead.
The reason that no one has landed on the Moon since the 70's is because the Saturn V rocket was discontinued as a heavy lift vehicle after the missions and only within the last few years has there been an attempt to reconstruct such a heavy lift series of engines. Like rebuilding anything complex from scratch it takes time, usually many years if not decades.
The Artemis mission is over budget and behind schedule but it will still be returning a man to the Moon within the next 3 years.
The Apollo missions were the culmination of the efforts of 400,000 people and a national initiative that involved thousands of subcontractors who worked to assemble the lunar lander, command module and service vehicles. It was the most complex machine ever built. Simply putting all the subcontracters together took over a decade.
Its also much tougher to build something today because everything is so bogged down in beauracracy and navel gazing.
If the missions were fake then the Russians would have screamed blue murder but again, I guess 400,000 people and everyone at Mission Control are liars and a few lunatics on the internet are telling the truth. LOL.
Im going with option 2....It's made of Blue cheese
