There are a couple of potential flies in the ointment to all this - one very short run and the other short run.

Right now the market sentiment is in the Greed Category which typically is a leading indicator of a small short term market correction to the downside.  A bit longer term, there is a strong possibility of an economic slowdown/recession which could lead to a significant decline in asset prices.

I know we have discussed in the past our differing views on the latter but I have to put it out there for discussion.

While I concur with your longer term view, from a market timing perspective there might be a better time to buy in later this year.
