RE:What's Next for TWM?

RE:What's Next for TWM?

In my opinion the new CEO was brought in to create shareholder value. The way the last CEO was running the company was not working, they got pigeon holed with growth and debt. I believe the new plan could be to sell everything over the next year or two as everyone knows what they own is worth a lot more than the market cap. I believe selling pipestone was the first step. Cutting the dividend (surprise at first) to buy back shares only really makes sense if you plan to sell. I listened to a podcast where new CEO Rob talks about his strengths of selling things and banking background which helps support my thoughts I believe. I think birch hill and the board of directors realized the share price was always gonna be discounted for its small size and the only way to get the actual value is to sell all assets and get the $2-3 exit that the assets are easily worth even in a private equity deal. Never know for sure but just seems like that's why the old ceo was let go to go this direction with someone who has more of a background in banking etc.
