CIBC wrote a decent report on the options that are available with the capital.  If TWM continues to sell other assets as part of the review, we might be looking at a SIB (substantial issuer bid) to take out a large part of shares.  

Other option is what to do with Tidewater Renewables which is a big question mark.  Spinning it off as a seperate company didn't work.  They've said in past calls that they wouldn't mind deconsolidating LCFS - meaning sell off their minority stake.  However, it might go the other way as well - instead of investing in random assets.. they might just buy out LCFS and own it at 100%, especially if they believe it's being undervalued by the market.
 

Lots of good options - we'll probably just get an update in Feb when they announce results.  In the meantime, just sitting tight.  I'm not too worried about the price dropping much below where it is right now.
