There was a news report last week “The Consortium” will receive an additional $700 million as well as have all penalties waived. How much of the $700 million will AECON receive including savings by not having to pay penalties? AECON has mentioned “advanced negotiations” in past news releases which I assume this being one of. When can shareholders expect news with regards to other legacy projects that are in advanced negotiations? Why didn’t AECON issue a News Release for Gordie Howe Bridge yet since this is news is material? Please advise.

Note this announcement is confirmation of the agreement reached between Bridging North America and the WDBA through Q3 2023, and has been reflected in our reforecasts and project adjustments made to date (e.g. Q3 result).  Hence this was already accounted for in our results.
