Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. The Company develops and commercializes a treatment for septic shock utilizing its Endotoxin Activity Assay (EAA) diagnostic and the Toraymyxin therapeutic (PMX). These materials are sold for use in research and development, as well as in products manufactured by other diagnostic companies.

Keep in mind that the BOD is privy to the real time enrollment numbers for Tigris AND the crude mortality data for Tigris. Whether or not this factored into their decision to maybe "rush" this meeting is up to you to parse out. I just don't see them rushing a meeting if enrollment numbers were lagging the modest projections. Nobody is promising you anything about the future so decide what you want what the next Tigris update will look like yeah?
