RecycLiCos lithium carbonate, contained in a Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery, was subjected to several industry-standard tests, including LFP fabrication and cell testing. The results indicate that the Companys lithium carbonate has met, and surpassed the specifications required by the battery materials company, thus demonstrating the recycled products battery-grade quality.
This success arrives at a critical juncture in the battery industry. LFP batteries are currently used in electric vehicles like the Tesla Model 3 and Tesla Model Y, and companies such as Ford and Rivian are embracing LFP as well.
