Does wasted weed as stated by the Gov of Canada in this statement, give the Company the option to show the amount destroyed as a capital loss, and is the amount reflected on profit/loss statements by all Weed companies? Would make a huge difference on financials if allowed, don't you think?

MJBizDaily estimates that more than 1.7 billion grams (3.7 million pounds) of unsold and unpackaged dried flower have been thrown out. And this number doesn’t even include the packaged products. Approximately 24 million packages of cannabis products have also met the same fate since 2018.
