Whether the worst is discounted is highly debatable from what we know right now. We have no evidence of an operational turnaround. We have no evidence of near or even medium term carbon credit monetization. We have ample evidence of onerous debt and interest rates forcing the CFO to adjust the liability mix to provide much needed near term liquidity as they encounter hemorrhaging margins and bad debt provisions in both Q3 and Q4. It's highly likely Q4 will be as disappointing as Q3's results capping off a year of a disastrous sales strategy owing to the ceo. Until we get confirmation that they have turned the corner and provide visibility toward getting back in the black us longs would be very foolish to assume the worst is behind us.
