The properties are externally managed, administered and operated by Melcor Developments Ltd. (Melcor).

Insiders HoldingsI like MR.un as it over 50% owned by Melcor Development that is doing well in these uncertain times.  And Melcor Development (MRD/TSX) is widely held by the Melton Group......Happy to collect monthly dividends of the reit until interest rates begin trending down in 2024.  JMHO!
