I wonder if the honeypumper knows why PowerOne is not still trading?
Is it by design or sheer mismanagement?

PowerOne spinout was announced Mar-17-2021 and approved at a meeting of shareholders on April-23-2021.

Almost 3 years, this is a joke of a company!

I have never, ever heard of a spin out taking this long.

Very suspicious.
