Bull They can easily sell subject to UL approval. Done all the time from everything from homes to jetliners to cyber trucks.

No signed contracts is a serious issue, Sorry 33 verbals and the check is in the mail dont cut it.

Lets not mention VMC 1200 are not using the coil driver and it appears has no plans to do so.
