RE:Tax loss sellingI know someone who lives down the street from the proposed Ottawa location. Signs (coming soon!) have been posted in the windows there for quite a while, but I believe it is ground floor of a highrise under construction, so when the overall building is complete, perhaps it will open.
I'm not certain this is the reason for the holdup, but it would seem logical.
I'll try to repost if I hear of any developments.
