1. Liquidity is low across the board not only on the stocks but on WCS and WTI.  Seasonal and sentiment.

2. Many long term holders not selling or buying now just holding.

3. Traders try to get any gain.

TMX pipeline hearing today and Opec meeting in 3 weeks.

You are right on the liquidity issue.

This needs to be solved with many mergers.

ENs equivalent in the USA is Cole Snead.

He said Canada should have only 10 oil companies.
