That is a ridiculous statement. Listen, getting approval/permitting/etc to build a mine in Canada may be more difficult, but you are NOT going to wake up one morning and have the Canadian government with the keys to your mine and the only consideration is hopefully not killing anyone in the process.
It is exactly why West African producers trade at such a discount to other producers with assets in places like North America. And exactly why CXB trades at a discount. And exactly why MOZ is such a lucky deal for CXB.
