RE:Why Do Shorters Have It Out For This Stock?

RE:Why Do Shorters Have It Out For This Stock? Two possible causes this stock is lagging: There is a suspicion in the market that this oil co is looking for another to buy. WCP has a credit available of 3.2 billion, if I am not mistaken, and the market believes these guys are looking for an opportunity to put this money to work. Add to this the slow pace of buy-back of their stock in order to preserve capital. The shares outstanding has not come down much from the 605M a year ago. The fact they raise the dividend might be seen by the market as smoke screen to fool the market as to what they are up to. And let us not forget the pi$$ing contest between WCP and CPG as to size. In the coming months this will clear up what this management is up to and what they are cooking.GLTA
