RE:Looks like a great time to buy..Lot of good things happening with mine going back into production.Company also stated numerous times they are "fully financed" to restart mine.
This sort of things happens in junior space. How many times has a company said this round of financing is the last round that will be raised and then they announce another raise?
It will be interesting to see if these guys are lying or not?
My math says there are about 350 M shares o/s now with more to come to pay interest on convertible debt. Every shareholder is completely under water here and I can't figure out between Sprott, Mgmt, Board and all salaries and fees and interest if there is anything left for the shareholders? Not even sure where they are at with EPA either but for sure the EPA is ahead of the common shareholder. Anyone have any clarity here? This is either a great opportunity or it is trading at .09 for a reason.
They have done approx 5 equity rounds all at lower prices I can't imagine what could be next but hoping for the best.
