RE:Yes strike renewal of access so simple The explanation for taking so long?    I believe that Mirsad mentioned almost a year ago when I talked to him that it is indeed a simple thing and not a big deal (like you said).   It's likely that since they are not needing or able financially right now to drill and so there is not reason to go into the property, both the owner and Stroud doesn't really need to get an agreement done immediately. 

So mabye the owner does want to wait to see what the price of silver does or other factors and get a better deal for the access?   Do you really think the property owner would sabotage the entire operation by making unreasonable demands?   And from Stroud's side, perhaps they are looking or negotiating terms for a buyout and not planning to go back in.  Stroud not locking in an agreement now doesn't mean that it won't happen if they are able to raise drilling funds or from a JV.
