Woulfe’s properties are located in Gangwon Province, Republic of Korea. The Woulfe's operations relate primarily to the exploration, evaluation and development of the Sangdong Project.

I always thought Frazer's job and his appointment to the BOD was because its his job to create awareness of the company and bring in new investors/investing houses. I figured he got the options as an additional incentive. . .

PS did he take the whole Australian IPO? I don't remember it being that way, is that even allowed?
