This is why I am bullish on natural gas.
While there is a lot discussion right now about renewables such solar and wind being intermittent energy suppliers, there is a small but growing lobby that is starting to talk about the environmental damage caused by these forms of energy - eg birds being killed, desert animals/reptiles having their habitat destroyed. As these facts become more well known there could be a course correction away from these forms of energy production.
The main alternatives are natural gas and nuclear. While nuclear IMO is the best alternative, there is still a stigma attached to it which needs to be overcome. In the meantime, this leaves natural gas.
I'm 100% with you.
Closer to the end of the year I'll start building positions in some NG companies. Need that NGL platform up and going in 2025
Fun fact. Alberta price of NG that producers get has been around 2.20 for the month.
This cold snap hit and he jumped to 14!!! Got to keep that gas flowing
