FinallyCertain to close.

Minimal risk now to close -  so to hold for March 31 close makes sense to some of us since that will entitle you to full 18.50 up front payment and for additional 0.61 CVR. For some people, why leave money on the table. For others  anxious to move on - who can blame them as PCP and BAM have walked away with the company (and upcoming dividends in case no one noticed).
Thanks to everyone on the board for the past months who contributed to the discussion on this one.
Let's look for the next opportunity.
