RE:What are options for improving production?1. Geology isn't very favorable for horizontal drilling (lots of faults and reduplications) plus the permeability and porosity does not require fracking. This is not the bakken or the permian or the montney with tight gas and miles and miles of flat horizontal benches.
Best approach to Chinook is to test updip. Best approach to Royston yet to be determined.
2. It is economic to drill a couple of more wells at Coho to boost production at Coho facility to 22 mmcf/day which it is designed for. Those Coho development wells are in the queue but have been moved to 2H 2024 because Shell is doing some work on the Central Block gas plant late summer.
