Post Covid the game is synthetic shortages plus Thorenson with >12% stake owns the largest Thai offshore services with near monopoly backed by Military Junta who can run any competiotrs out of business in a week easily.


VLE already had cost over runs last 2 QTR delivered $6M loss in Q3 .....with unlimited supply of services the cost overruns are either shadow newcorpoffshore laundry or legistimate...we will see in Q4 results and Q1 '24.

I doubt they will be getting any discounts, especially when have zero csuite influence / relationship ssince located 1400KM away in sunny Singapore haha.
