Not clear to me that Arena walked into this blindfolded . It could be seizing an opportunity. Looks like Arena increased its stake the same day in August it sent a "smarten up" letter to Charge. Also looks like it doubled its position to approximately 21,000,000 shares in the last few days. There are other big investors in Charge here such as BlackRock ,Vanguard , Geode Capital and State Street.
