The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

Hay Este, nice to hear from you, what a breath of fresh air! I feel bad I hadn't even paid attention to the technicals on Artis. Encouraging if nothing else. Will get jacked now if we can see the fifty day crossing up over the 200 day, wouldn't that be "golden ". It might still take a bit but looks as though if we can close above about the $7.50 mark a few times and hold we might just see a long awaited real breakout. Take care.
