RE:Global Fiat Currency DebasementFortunately, we have historical records of POG in USD

Gold was a pretty good investment over the last 25 years or so, but presently is near a USD price that it hit a about year ago and three years ago. By comparison, you would have been much further ahead if, three years ago, you had invested in SPY, an ETF that tracks the SP500.
(BTW, the above is a great site for checking prices on a lot of different commodities)
As for CXB, they have great management and they "own" attractive assest in Nicaragua. In my opinion, the SP is not great relative to company financial metrics because of country risk.
Current analyst target prices are about 50% above current SP and we all know that one year target prices often never are achieved. So, is it worth risking your money on CXB? Maybe, but I suggest you ignore the gold bugs and doomsters and think about possible scenarios specific to CXB. Also, keep an open mind on POG. A lot of it goes to China and India for excess wealth protection, traditionally. Who knows what the future hold there. Good luck.
