Sunrise is a dry natural gas play with a low-cost structure, well deliverability and direct connectivity to liquefied natural gas Canada.

I think acquisitions/mergers are always options for OG companies.

The obvious company that would be a great match for ARC is NVA.

Take a look at the assets, balance sheets, geography, etc.
