Primary Symbol: V.GSP

Gensource Potash Corporation is a Canada-based fertilizer development company. The Company is focused on developing resource opportunities with a specific focus on potash development. The Company operates under a business plan that has two key components: vertical integration with the market to ensure that all production capacity built is directed, and pre-sold, to a specific market, eliminating market-side risk; and technical innovation, which allows for a modular and economic potash production facility, which demonstrates environmental leadership within the industry, producing no salt tailings, therefore eliminating decommissioning. Its projects include Tugaske Project, Vanguard Area and Lazlo Area. The Vanguard Area is 100% owned in central Saskatchewan, located 170 kilometers (km) South of Saskatoon, 150 km North-West of Regina on a provincial highway system. It was not that long ago (2022) that Gsp was proud to announce the acquisition of a company by the name of Innovare who held a newly approved patent, and claimed to have figured this horizontal selective mining mystery out. Gsp was willing to give this company $11.5 million in shares in the acqusition.

"With Innovare’s technology integrated into our business, we will have total control over production processes at the Tugaske Project and future projects we anticipate rolling out in Saskatchewan and globally, while also anticipating a reduction in life of mine costs. Gensource looks to the future and continues to lead the way in responsible potash production for a sustainable future. Gensource has had a long standing relationship with Innovare. Its technology is cutting edge and Innovare’s principals are considered by the industry as global experts in the field."

There is no doubt a long standing relationship existed between GSP and Innovare, as the main principles of Innovare also sit in the Gensource boardroom as advisors to Gensource, so why not ask these guys to drill an injection well, cavern, and prodution well at cost which would be minimal as they already have the equipment.   A little put your money where your mouth is good will gesture to shareholders considering shareholders were on the hook for $11.5 million in dilution for the potential acquistion.

There is also a company located just down the road from Tugaske that recently built an operational horizontal selective solution mining potash cavern, so convincing them to join the party could be very promising for all involved, as these guys already know what worked and what didnt.

If everyone can agree to pull the rope in the same direction, wonderful things can happen!

This cart has been in front of the horse for a decade now, and there are no more excuses left for reluctance to drill a cavern.

Do you know what innovares technology actually refers too?  I can only assume that it would be some type of cavity monitoring and control system. Highly unlikely that they are drilling injection wells. Clearly there is much more involved here to develop a cavity than in a conventional solution mine. My personal minefield experience is limited at best, so I will to wait and see what GSP comes up with. My comments on Denison were not to suggest that we should give control of the company away. More out of frustration on how hard it is too secure investment money for startups in this country. Although I would be interested in what Denison had to set up and spend to prove out their insitu process, as they just went through it. They are claiming success. Not sure sure what similarities exist but as you say not much sharing going on.
