Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. The Company develops and commercializes a treatment for septic shock utilizing its Endotoxin Activity Assay (EAA) diagnostic and the Toraymyxin therapeutic (PMX). I hope that you are right that there could be other bidders, but I suspect Chester is correct. But not to worry - as the negotiations phase, I suspect, may be long since over.... however subject to the odd "tweak" or adjustment, here and there.
