RE:RE:RE:RE:Off-Take Financing...First Glance...Crunching Numbers..To me the most important thing from the Samsung deal is that CNC got it's first offtake iwith a major player.

I used to work in land development.  Any time we built a shopping center the key was to get a strong anchor store.  Did we get $100 million from the anchor store to be in our mall?  NO.  We often had to give the anchor store chain free land and they would build their own store.  We got nothing.  Except once we had that large chain anchor in our mall we would have retailiers liining up to lease the remainder of the mall at very attractive lease rates.  

My pioint is that the Samsung offtake puts Crawford on the map and in play with a piece of the pie already gone to a major.. I expect future offtake deals to come much easier now with the deals to get better and better from this point forward.  And that is just Crawford.
