The need for Cash ..That was a very informative interview with KK... The requirement for cash at these low prices in this market is an obvious issue. Not that the company can't raise cash, but as KK states.. You raise money and 4mths later the PP holders sell into the market creating downward pressure on the stock depressing the share price. You combine that with the short pressure and it's an endless cycle. The only real game changer that we all keep hoping for is that Gold reflects it's true intrinsic value that is closer to 3k over 2k. That imo is what it will take to light a spark and make a huge diff. If we get a rally in the market you will see TUD lift back to $3 and KK can go to the market for 50 to a 100 mill at 2-3$ a share vs this $1 stuff that is diluting the company at a far faster pace. I raised this concern b4 about dilution effecting all of us and got poopooed but it does effect all of us. Will a partner solve this requirement for money? perhaps. Will it solve dilution? not at all. Every raise has the same overall effect. I like how KK mentions borrowing cash even at 10% is worth a consideration. He very well maybe onto something when you do the math. Many avenues to consider I am sure. Ken mentioned we are running on fumes again so another raise or partner will have to be addressed. Eric Sprott doesn't want the dilution at these prices so the only other answer is for ES to step up for another 10% of TUD... hard to know what happens next as we all sit tight...
