Our property is NOT in the Paramo.  It was mapped at 1:5,000 scale more than a decade ago now.  There is no f-ing paramo.   This story just keeps going in a circle.  Colombia government officials simply can't be trusted.  I'm still left befuddled that the ISCID has no enforcement on their rulings.  Without some punitive measures, the Colombians will not comply with any ruling.  

Regardless, this is not going to be resolved any time soon.....
