You Would Be Well Served In Paying Attention To Details

You Would Be Well Served In Paying Attention To Details I am not saying what I am about to suggest is in fact the case.
Never the less, it could be possible that the very choreographed script, a script which sombody here suggested Hugues Jacquemin and the others seemed to have been clearly reading from and had been constrained by, was somehow necessary in order to not have what may have perhaps been contingently agreed upon and that which is still being worked tthrough with NGC's proposed joint graphite SCPG anode commercialization partner, Graphex Technologies LLC, be ferreted out by certain highly interested NGC "minority" shareholders and others asking any comprehensively probing questions?

Everybody should carefully read that excerpted portion of comments which I borrowed from the January 9, 2024 article written by the OilPrice.com editor.
That article was quite the interesting piece of journalism featuring highly interesting information with respect to plans which the stakeholders of China based Graphex Group Holdings Ltd and said company's for now wholly owned U.S. based subsidiary company, Graphex Technologies LLC, have crafted and are pursuing with those "fronting" stakeholders presently 100% controlling a certain NASDAQ-listed "blank check company" or SPAC.

Here, allow me to once again emphasize precisely that which the OilPrice.com editor did write about Northern Grapheite Corporation within the article in question. Do take specific note of the comments beginning with "And in January this year, they joined forces with Northern Graphite to build a large-scale graphite processing facility in Quebec's Baie Comeau region."

Late last year, Graphex entered into an LOI with Northern Graphite Corporation (TSXV:NGC) for raw material supply, and signed an MOU with Reforme Group Pty Ltd. And in January this year, they joined forces with Northern Graphite to build a large-scale graphite processing facility in Quebec’s Baie-Comeau region. The partners are now evaluating sites to house a facility that could produce up to 200,000 tons of graphite annually. They also have an LOI with Canada-based Gratomic for raw graphite to evaluate building.
