ONC has now changed what they say about the patents and don't tell you the expiry anymore, they just say they are extendable.
they keep saying that the patents are extendable so why don't they just extend them. As for the extra years of exclusivity, that is of course based upon fda approval so we still have to run the phase 3 and get good results and then fda approval before that happens
