I am sure 90% or more of readers likely never bothered to look it up / research it etc but last night I watched a movie related to the Stockmarket which I think covers off a number of topics most may not actually fully understand.

Anyhow, if you are looking for a movie to watch tonight go find one called "Dumb Money" I watched it on Prime but it's likely out on other providers as well.

Another Stock Related one is "The Big Short" which also covers the topic but might be less entertaining to watch.  The sequeal to "The Big Short" (I suspect) will be called "The Big Squeeze" but that one is still in the making.

Best Regards,

.....so your plan is you're hoping TLRY becomes a meme stock.....? Could happen, but I'd call that speculating, not investing.

FYI, "The Big Short" is a great movie, but it focuses on the U.S. mortgage bond market and how a few people saw U.S. housing market crash coming in the mid-2000s, shorted the housing market using novel financial instruments like credit default swaps, and cashed in big time when the crash materialized, so it's actually a shorter success story. It' was also a bond market short, not a stock market short.
