As for a financing their cash on hand as of sept 30th seems sufficient... Blackwolf is supposed to spend in the range of $2 million on the Harry property and tudor might be spending well over $10 million at treaty creek.

In my opinion Teuton doesn't need to raise money in the market at this time. Why would they as it would dilute their shareholder's positions in treaty creek. Maybe after the proposed spin out goes through money may have to be raised, but it will probably be raised by the company that doesn't have control of the treaty creek interest.
