You could be right, depends what their big plans are for 2024 and whether they can stretch that $1,3 mill in cash, or sell some of their marketable securities. Sure they have payments coming in which will help.
To me the trading just seemed a little suspicious after holding a tight range for so long. Not that I'm complaining, still have another tranche to buy, heading for a eventual holding of 100k shares.
