RE:Playback of yesterday's NGC conf..for FUD1That was funny GripnRip.
Is that Hugues Jacquemin's donkey or have Hugues Jacquemin & Co made you out to be the donkey, lol?
I thought you, GripnRip, were on the ins with NGC management and Greggory Bowes?
Bowes et al essentially told NGC shareholders precisely what they are up to nothing, in collectively milking dry this personal cash cow, until the existing historical graphite resources at Lac des Illes is depleted before the end of this year and the Lac des Iles mine is closed.
There is more than one reason Hugues Jacquemin and the others were brought aboard here at NGC by Greggory Bowes.
Here's just one
Hugues Jacquemin and the others, inclusive of Greggory Bowes of course, are representative of what I call "Missionaries On Assignment".
Imerys SA didn't want to just close the Lac des Illes mine down after having all but just about mined that historical deposit clean. Imerys SA principals figured they could engineer one last pumping of the Greggory Bowes offered TSX-V listed company after having been far too well paid for a set of assets which were, to put it mildly, questionable at best.
All this whilst Hugues Jacquemin, his fellow former Imerys Graphite and Carbon CFO, Greggory Bowes et al kept undertaking their "assignments", which is to keep milking dry and also shipping off to "Sprott" what remains within Northern Graphite Corpoartion.
Then piece by remaining piece whatever assets remain will be shifted, shuffled and privately dealt away at quite discounted price points of course, to long awaiting and designated entities - perhaps in return for some form of future consideration for Hugues Jacquemin et al, and their lieges over at Imerys SA.
This preceding commentary represents just one scenario in which "The Missionaries On Assigment", having been dispatched to milking dry what little remains here within NGC, complete their assigned tasks.
Granted, there do exist other scenarios, as I speculated could be afoot and could explain why there seemes to be no hurry on the part of "The Missionaries On Assignment".
This particular scenario has everything to do with the NASDAQ-listed "blank check" company's purchase of 100% of Graphex Technologies LLC from it's China based parent company, Graphex Group Holdings Ltd.
Sheesh! Did anybody even bother asking whether, as reported by the OoilPrice.com editor, the joint venture graphite to SCPG anode commercialization agreement amongst NGC and Graphex Technologies LLC had in fact been consummated and whether due to the most specific terms of the consummated and " contingent" agreement, NGC officers and directors are not to even hint at such a contingent consummating of said JV partnership deal amongst the two companies?
