I can't say I looked up the level of voter engagement in Iowa however I know in the last Canadian election the turnout was super low and the clown that got voted in didn't win a majority government.

Those who do not bother to vote have no right to complain about who gets elected but despite this they tend to be the most vocal.

I will stand by my stated view; regardless of who gets elected the will of the people will move cannabis to legalization in the US
